SilverKing Lodge - v1.3

.....Silverking Lodge, the water exclude polygons were changed by Asobo, so the terrain and water polys were redone.

02.13.2023 - V1.2 - added fishing rods to running boats, added smoke to red boat, added people, changed active objects to "no snow"

01.08.2023 - Uploaded to RTMM Website needs V1.04+ of RTMM Test Object Library

02.08.2023 - Added all three lighted new RTMM boat objects 01,02 and 03.
		Added nav and running lights to barge
